  1. At the point of purchase/order a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to place an order with the designer. This will be 50% of the dress total; on some occasions we may ask for 25% at the point of ordering then a further 25% at a ‘check measure’ appointment, this is at our discretion and in most cases will be when the wear date is beyond 12 months of the order date. The remaining balance is due when your dress/accessory has arrived in store.

  2. Orders cannot be cancelled/transferred once a deposit has been accepted under any circumstance.

  3. Your dress will be ordered to the measurements we take during your appointment / check measure appointment whichever is deemed appropriate given your timescales to wear date and in line with the designer’s size chart matrix provided by the designers. You will be asked to check the measurements taken and sign to say you agree during your appointment.

  4. Dress fabric shades may vary slightly from the displayed sample.

  5. You will be notified of your order’s arrival, and a collection appointment needs to be within 14 days of notification. We do not store your dress free of charge after this period. A £50 storage charge will be applied to your final balance if your dress remains uncollected after the initial 14-day notification period. A further £50 will be charged for every four weeks thereafter and will continue to be added to your balance until the dress is collected and the balance is paid in full.

Likewise, if during/after your fitting we believe the dress has become marked/damaged in any way we will draw your attention to this before leaving the shop. We reserve the right to no refund or return/replace once the goods have been inspected and the balance has been paid.

  8. Expected delivery dates are approximate. If your order arrives earlier than anticipated, you will be notified, collection of goods and balance payment will be expected within 14 days. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery from manufacturers when appropriate timescales have been worked within. If we are unable to provide your order due to matters outside of our control our liability to you will be limited to the return of any money paid by you for those goods.
